Johannes Django Matteoni is a music producer, audio-, mix engineer, and composer based in Los Angeles. He has successfully worked on projects that have achieved Billboard Top 10 rankings and he has produced and engineered records for artists and bands since 2006.

Johannes holds certificates in Music Production and Film Scoring from UCLA, where he also lecture as an alumnus. Over the years, he has recorded music at renowned studios like Shangri-La, East West Studios, The Village, Atlantis Studios, Titan Recording, and Sonic Fuel Studio. As a composer, Johannes’ work has been performed by ensembles such as Camerata Nordica, and the finest session musicians in Los Angeles.

 

His musical career began at early age, playing trumpet and guitar. He later pursued a degree in Music Production at Linnaeus University in 2005 and subsequently embarked on a career recording music in different genres.

 

Johannes’ passion lies in producing and recording artists and bands, as well as composing for ensembles and orchestras. He developed an appreciation for classical music at early age and embarked on a lifelong journey exploring diverse genres, including rock, folk, punk, hardcore, jazz, pop, country, soul bossa, and as an arranger and composer for orchestras and chamber ensembles.
